765 Production (also known as 765 Pro, pronounced as Namuko Pro) is a fictional talent agency, a company specialized in training idols and having appear them in various media. It is directed by Junichirou Takagi in the first iDOLM@STER game, and Junjirou Takagi in the second iDOLM@STER game, and is the company the protagonist and the idols work in.

The "Namuko" pronunciation comes from combining truncations of the Japanese words for the numbers. "Na" comes from "7", pronounced in full as "Nana", "Mu" comes from "6", pronounced as "Mutsu" (an alternative to "Roku"), and "Ko" comes from "5", with the "k-" sound an alternative to "Go"'s "g-" sound. It is also a pun on the game's publisher, Namco.
