Detailed overview

Company/business Activities:

  • Specializes in the production, management and training of idols.
  • Project, production, and casting business in various media like television, radio programs, movie, magazine, and CM that idols perform in, etc.
  • Management and practical use of the rights, which include the idol's portrait, signature, nickname and voice for article and service.
  • All other business that accompanies the above-mentioned.

  • The "Namuko" pronunciation comes from combining truncations of the Japanese words for the numbers. "Na" comes from "7", pronounced in full as "Nana", "Mu" comes from "6", pronounced as "Mutsu" (an alternative to "Roku"), and "Ko" comes from "5", with the "k-" sound an alternative to "Go"'s "g-" sound. It is also a pun on the game's publisher, Namco.
  • 765 Production has starred in the most games of THE iDOLM@STER franchise.
  • 765 Production is the only agency to have two presidents.
  • 765 Production was the first agency to ever have an idol defect from their company. They are also the only in game agency to regain their defected idol.
  • Although Serika, Tsubasa, Shizuka, Mirai, Nao, and Kana appear in THE iDOLM@STER ONE FOR ALL as Guest Idols they are not produceable and it is not confirmed which agency they are from in ONE FOR ALL.
  • The former official color hex code for the 765 Production logo is #C5C0D7. Until starting from THE iDOLM@STER Platinum Stars, including the pamphlet site for PRODUCER MEETING 2017, the color hex code changed to make it look more lavender-ish, which is now currently #BBC4E4.
