'Daigo Kabuto (兜大吾 Kabuto Daigo) is one of the available idols in the mobile game THE iDOLM@STER: SideM. He is a member of the unit F-LAGS alongside Ryo Akizuki and Kazuki Tsukumo. He is voiced by Takehiro Urao (浦尾岳大 Urao Takehiro).

"Living life and smiling, that's really hard. As an idol, I wanna bring smiles to everyone! I chose this path, and I'll stick with it 'til the end."
Daigo is the 6th generation head of a yakuza family. He became interested in becoming an idol after bumping into Ryo Akizuki in the street when the former was still in girl's clothing. Daigo later found out that Ryo was making a debut as a male idol from his classmates, who were disappointed at Ryo's announcement of no longer presenting female. Finding Ryo to be interesting, Daigo became an idol to support him. His motto is "Smiles are number one" and his goal is to cheer people up with his performances. Daigo is hardworking, friendly, and thoughtful towards others. He speaks with a Hiroshima dialect reflecting his home town.
He considers his unit, F-LAGS to be his family. Daigo refers to Kazuki Tsukumo as sensei. He is followed around by bodyguards due to his important status in his family.
