"Huh, m-me as an i-idol!? Nonono, that's impossible, deeeeefinitely impossible! I'm clumsy, gullible, and completely uncute... E-Eeeeeh, w-w-w-what should I do~?!"
Character Description
Born and raised as a miko, Karin is an extremely clumsy, skittish girl who decided to become an idol to help her family's shrine. Due to this many of her idol costumes incorporate something Shinto related. Due to her clumsiness and not being very coordinated, Karin constantly trips and runs into things. She claims to have tripped on everything around the shine at least once. Despite feeling embarrassed about her clumsiness, Karin sees idol work as a means to "Exorcise The God of Clumsiness" that's possessing her. Shown many times, Karin always tends to call upon the help of gods to guide her successfully through her work. She also has trouble with her speech, and stutters when she gets flustered. Mizuki Kawashima is helping her better her articulation skills.

- In Starlight Stage, her image stats are relatively balanced, with a tiny lead in Visual.
- Her tendency to slip is likely based on Haruka's, although according to Theater Days' rumor, Haruka usually "only" slips twice a day, while Karin can slip as many times as possible (usually during her appearances in commus).
- Even though she is very clumsy, she has never tripped in the main part of the shrine.
- She is learning articulation from Mizuki Kawashima.
