I guess out of all the members here, I seem like the older sister.
Minami is a college student in her school’s lacrosse team. Although she’s smart and athletic, she found out what she really wanted to do when she came in contact with the world of idols during a time where she was unsure of herself. She’s the type who really cherishes her family.
Character Description
Minami is a 19 year old college student who loves to try out as many different things as possible, and being an idol was one of the things she wanted to give a try on a whim. She is in her college's lacrosse team and is very good at the sport, just like she's really good at most of the things she tries. Despite her accomplishments, she became an idol to live up to her full potential and better herself. However, it's revealed in the anime that her perfect aura is a bit of a facade. She can overwork herself to the point of collapse, all in the name of being the best she can be, and becomes very upset when she isn't able to live up to her own expectations.
Family is very important to her, and she wants to be a big sister to the younger idols. She has a little brother, and her "Papa" is rather protective of her. She is considered to be a great older sister by both him and her fellow idols.
In the talk track on her CINDERELLA MASTER CD, Nitta admits that she's never had a boyfriend and that she's a bit unsure about wearing skimpy outfits.

- The schedules in her agenda book are rumored to be noted down to the exact minute.
Fan Culture
- On 2ch and other image boards, they replace the word sex (セックス) with the word “Secrosse” (セクロス) which of course looks like “Lacrosse” (ラクロス). Due to Minami's hobby being lacrosse, the fandom has a quite perverted vision of her, which is why her personality has changed in new cards.
- After the anime, works portraying Minami as a sort of mother or older sister figure to Anastasia and Ranko are very common.
