"I'm Seira Mizuki. You can call me Seira. I've got pretty good confidence in my dancing. Outside of dancing... Well, I'll have to train and learn. Producer, will you help me?"
It was revealed in Starlight Stage that she used to dance during her high school days. After she graduated, Seira tried to find time to keep dancing, but because of work and her friends not taking the dance practices seriously; Seira almost gave up on ever dancing professionally. When she met the Producer while practicing dancing on the street, Seira decided to become an idol so that she could dance on a stage again. She is friends with Sarina Matsumoto and Megumi Ijuin.
In the tie in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Seira is depicted as an insightful idol, being the first to discover Shino Hiiragi’s onstage drinking habits and Eve Santaclaus’s lack of decency. Seira seems to be competitive for the Producer’s affection. She owns a Golden Retriever, who occasionally makes appearances with Seira. She loves to dance for hours on end, and is very spontaneous when embarrassed. She admits that she thought bunnies made the noise “Pyon!”, and likes the concept of the Western bunny girl costume.
- In Starlight Stage, her image stat specialty is Dance.
- She refers to her dog as "Wanko" (わんこ, commonly translated as "Doggy"), which is a cute word for "dog" (wan being the Japanese onomatopoeia for a bark), but could also be its name.
- The U149 manga chapter 52 seems to confirm that's its name.
